builder. In 2006, Lumbermens became part of ProBuild Holdings
through ProBuild’s acquisition of Lanoga Corporation. The
transaction gave ProBuild nationwide distribution capabilities
and created the largest dealer network in the United States..
Today, ProBuild is the
nation’s largest supplier of building materials to professional
builders, contractors and project oriented consumers. We are a
family of companies with an ever expanding reach of products and
services delivered in a market responsive manner.
